What is A2Z Prime working days?

Our working days are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.

Where does A2Z Prime deliver?

We deliver all across the UK including Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

We also do International Shipping across the world.

What delivery courier does A2Z Prime use?

We use Royal Mail for UK and International deliveries.

What delivery options do I have?
Your delivery options are between:

UK Standard £3.79 Delivery 3 to 5 working days 

UK Express £7.79 Delivery 1 to 2 working days. 

International Tracked £10.79 Delivery 5 to 7 working days

All orders made by 1pm will be dispatched and shipped out on the same day.

How can I track my order?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. 

Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

What can cause delay to my order?

* Incomplete Address , missing of Door Number, Town or City and joined postcode.

Example: E6 2BS but marked as E62BS cause delays

Easter, Christmas and New Year

* Pandemic Covid-19 Restrictions

Undeliverable parcels
All undelivered package will automatically be returned to A2Z prime by Royal Mail after 21 days . Please do contact us if this occurs.

What is A2Z Prime return policy ?

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Once your return is received and approved, then your refund will be processed.
